Our Essential Clean is the foundation of Neatly’s services – a detailed yet efficient routine cleaning designed for real life. This service covers all the high-traffic spaces and everyday surfaces in your home, bringing calm, order, and care to each room on a regular basis. It’s a consistent maintenance cleaning that keeps your home fresh and comfortable.

What’s Included:

Whole-home dusting: We dust all rooms, including furniture surfaces, shelves, and décor, and clear any cobwebs.

Floor care: All floors are cleaned – carpets and rugs are vacuumed, and hard floors are swept and mopped for a spotless finish.

Kitchen: Countertops, stovetop, sink, and appliance exteriors are wiped and sanitized. We clean visible kitchen surfaces and make sure your stovetop and appliance fronts shine.

Bathrooms: Toilets, sinks, countertops, and showers/tubs are scrubbed and disinfected. Mirrors and chrome fixtures are polished for a streak-free shine.

Beds made: Beds are neatly made and linens changed if fresh sheets are left out.

Entry & high-traffic areas: Entryways and frequently used hallways/rooms are tidied and refreshed so your home makes a great first impression.

High-touch surfaces: We wipe down light switches, door knobs, and handles throughout the home to disinfect these commonly touched spots.

Trash removal: We empty waste baskets and replace liners in each room (kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) as needed .

(The Essential Clean is typically completed in about 2 to 2.5 hours by a team of two, depending on home size and condition.)

Our Neatly Reset is an intensive deep cleaning — and is required for most first-time clients. The reset is also perfect for seasonal refreshes, or move-in/move-out situations. This service adds extra time and attention to detail in order to reach the grime, buildup, and overlooked nooks that aren’t covered in a standard cleaning. It’s everything included in the Essential Clean, plus a thorough top-to-bottom focus that will make your space feel brand new again.

What’s Included (in addition to Essential Clean tasks):

Inside appliances: We scrub the interior of your oven and microwave to remove baked-on grease and splatters. (Refrigerator interior can be cleaned as well upon request – we just ask that it be emptied ahead of time) .

Baseboards & moldings: All baseboards, trim, and moldings along the walls are hand-wiped and detailed to remove dust and grime buildup. We also clean window sills and tracks thoroughly.

Fans & fixtures: Ceiling fans and light fixtures are carefully dusted (within safe reach) to clear away accumulated dust . Air vent covers may be dusted as well.

Doors & frames: Doors, door frames, and knobs are wiped down. We disinfect high-touch points like door handles and light switch plates more extensively during this service.

Deep bathroom scrub: We give extra attention to bathroom surfaces – scrubbing tile grout, tub and shower walls, glass doors, and fixtures to lift soap scum, hard water stains, and mildew that regular cleaning might miss .

Behind and under furniture: We move and vacuum under furniture and in accessible tight spaces (like under sofas or beds) to capture dust bunnies. If feasible, we also vacuum behind appliances and large furniture pieces where dirt tends to accumulate .

Inside cabinets (upon request): For move-ins or move-outs, we can wipe out the inside of empty cabinets and drawers so you can start fresh . Similarly, we’ll spot-clean walls or door facings for any noticeable marks or grime, as needed.

Steam Clean of sealed hard floors: We steam clean sealed wood, tile, laminate, and vinyl floors for a hygienic reset. This replaces basic mopping and removes buildup and residue.

(For your home to be Neatly Reset, allow 3.5 to 4.5 hours for a team of two. Timing varies by home size and condition.)

All cleans are scheduled for two W-2 employees. Please allow slight time variation depending on home size and condition. For homes larger than 3,000 sq ft or special circumstances (hoarding, heavy pets, excessive clutter), we will provide a custom quote to ensure quality and coverage.

Optional upgrades for specific needs

Interior oven ($100)

We scrub the oven interior and clear grease and baked buildup. Microwave interior included.

Steam cleaning sealed floors ($150)

We steam clean sealed wood, tile, laminate, and vinyl floors for a hygienic finish.

Baseboards and moldings ($75)

We hand wipe baseboards, trim, and moldings.

Interior cabinets ($75)

Cabinets must be emptied before we arrive. We wipe the inside of empty cabinets and drawers.

Interior refrigerator ($75)

Fridge must be emptied. We clean shelves, bins, and drawers.

Shower glass restoration ($100)

We scrub shower glass to remove hard water and soap film.
